I guess the cloud save update wrecked Ultima 7 (both parts), because it always crashes after character creation. Verify/Repair and re-installation didn't help.

Just in case it might help: both games crash when they would normally switch from that red/blue portal effect to in-game graphics.

Same Problem here. Just buyed Ultima 7 and wasn't able to play. Would be nice if this would be fixed.

Edit: As a workaround, you can got back to Version 1.0 of the game. Just tested this, it works.

Edit: Back patching to vs. 1.0 does not work either. Game won´t start then...

I had to delete and download it again. Doesn't crash anymore, so I guess it's fixed.

Seems like the cloudsaving function was removed again. At least, it's working again, whereas I had the same problem yesterday. Really seems to be a problem concerning the new function.
