Primarily I cannot seem to pickup the key necessary in the stables in trinsic. I double click the key and my cursor turns into a targeting recticle, then nothing really happens. I try clicking on myself, or Iolo... I open up my bag and click there... I picked up a bucket earlier so I placed that in my bag so my left hand is free.

I just got this game and I'm really looking forward to trying it out. I also tried looking up the controls, but I can't seem to find any information, even in the manual.

A bit frustrating.

What you want to do is click and drag. And yeah, it's annoying that there're no controls in the manual. What you want to do is download the refence card. It'll give you an overview of how to play.
