How do I edit the dosbox config to slow the game down even more, to help restore the original sounds?

Right now many of the sounds (bard's music, victory chime, etc) seem to be played back so fast that they have their pitch messed up. I am wondering if there is a way to slow the sound down by slowing the cpu/dosbox down?

dosboxULTIMA5.conf file is on game installation folder. cycles=xxxxx is the line you must modify. I am using cycles=3000 on my computer, but it may wary quite a lot.

Cycles are always the same in dosbox doesnt matter what computer you use. (assuming your pc is fast enough to provide 3000 cycles)
