Using GOG version with DOSBox 0.74 on Linux.
While The Black Gate runs fine, Serpent Isle doesn't start at all. When running it, it gets back immediately at the DOS prompt with DOSBox resolution set as 320x200 (I guess; I have a really big C: prompt compared to default DOSBox display). If I then run serpent.com, it says I have 0 bytes of extended memory available. I suspect a memory problem but 1) I'm not sure it should happen with DOSBox and 2) the settings tells me I have enough memory.
I know I could try Exult but I'd prefer to stick with DOSBox.
Any idea?
