Ultimate noob question here, but...I just installed "Ultima Worlds Of Adventure 2: Martian Dreams," and...I have no clue how you save or quit the game! I tried pressing Escape but nothing happened, so I had to do a Control+Alt+Delete and open the task manager to quit...which won't be good whenever I actually plan to save and quit the game. (Using the task manager temporarily brought up the game in windowed form. I noticed that until I closed the game window, everything on my display was HUGE, giant pixels and all like a much earlier version of Windows...yikes.)

The last time I played such a game was, like, the Nineties (Ultima VI), so...a few pointers on navigating such a game? Including loading a saved game? I'm running Windows 7 and it seemed to work fine, I'm just so unfamiliar with DOS-type games/functions by now! *blushes*

Pressing ESC to bring up the game menu hadn't been invented yet at the time. Use Ctrl-S to save a running game, Ctrl-R to restore a saved game and Ctrl-Q to quit a running game. It's all listed on the reference card which you can download under the extras for the game.

Thank you! Haha, although I grew up during them I can barely remember the Nineties now, much less how games were played. Win3.1 is a far cry from Win7! ;_;
