I hear no sound at the title screen, only the normal sound beeps of walking.
Which settings must i use to solve the problem?

I use Win7, 64bit, all drivers are up to date!
Please help, i love this lovely sound, when i played it on my Amiga500 a couple of many years ago :o)

The DOS version doesn't have music. You need to install the upgrade patch to insert the music into the game as well as upgrade the graphics. Alternatively, you can use xu4 which is an Ultima IV engine recreation that comes with the music.
