I found a secrete door on level six of Scintillus Academy . Any Ideas on how to onpen it.

Easiest way is to remove your weapon and bash it open with your fists. You can't see the durability of the door count down, but it will eventually open.

Another way is to use the Open spell, but that's not as recommended in the academy because mana doesn't recharge.
