If I just double click on the patch file, it just blinks and goes away. So I opened the command window and ran it there and I get this error message:


is_patch_unapplied: file './ULTIMA.COM' size 3962 expected 36692
Cannot apply patch! Missing or unexpected version of binaries found.


It almost looks like there was a defect in the code, probably a typo, but there seems to be many people who successfully installed it. What do I need to do to get it installed?
