Ok after some assistance from users on the forum I was able to get it to start up!

However The copy protection wont let me get by, I have figured that its not cracked like some others (i.e. Waxworks or Alien Breed) So I grabbed the cluebook which turned out not to be the correct one.

I then downloaded the manual but the pages.... are blank O.o

Help?

PDF Reader: Foxit

and I have redownloaded the manual 3 times

there is a file called "secret answers" in your games directory open it up in notepad or a word processor and you should find the cp answers there
There should also be a copy of the manual installed in the game folder during installation. See if that one's blank as well- it's one of those brilliant in-universe, magazine-style manuals that Origin used to do so well.

Gods I miss the days of manuals with personality. Nowadays we're lucky if we get more than a scrap of paper with installation instructions, a DRM key, and half a page of 6-point legalese.
I have an original copy of the game with all books and maps. i can answer any questions you have

(if you still need help....its been 2 months)

Try using the current version of the Acrobat Reader. It's free and manual pages won't be blank anymore.
