Has this happened to anyone else? I recently had to re-do my Windows since my computer crashed, and I figured I would reload Ultima VII for my annual re-play of the game. I went into my library and typed in Ultima VII only to find Serpent Isle and Silver Seed there. No more Black Gate and Forge of Virtue. Did something happen? Even when a game is pulled due to licensing, it never gets plucked out of our libraries. Is this a first? Did EA decide to make VII an exclusive for another service? Does this mean we will also lose other Ultima games right out of our libraries?
I've been with GOG for over 8 years, and Black Gate is one of the reasons I joined the service. Also, I've never seen any whole games taken completely out of the library. In the past, even if a game was taken off sale, it was still left in the library.
Someone please explain what's going on.

OK. The VII I downloaded labelled Serpent Isle turned out to be The Black Gate after all. So now it's Sepent Isle that has gone AWOL. Has this happened to anyone else?

Based on a quick check of my own library (which likewise should include both Black Gate and Serpent Isle), Black Gate seems to be present and downloadable as expected.

Thus I doubt that the game has been removed from GOG, let alone from libraries. It seems more likely that this is a bug of some sort. (Or perhaps GOG have consolidated the installers under a single game-entry?)

If no-one has a solution in this thread, perhaps contact support!

[edit] Serpent Isle seems to be present and downloadable as with Black Gate on my end, so I'm inlined to stick with my thoughts above.

[edit 2] In fact, yes, I thought that I'd seen something like this in a thread recently.

As per the following post, it looks like the installers have been consolidated under a single page in Galaxy (while still separate in the website view, which is where I was looking). The post seems to include instructions on how to get at each individual game.
