Can you guys recommend me a guide for both games, my problem with both games is I don't know what to do first.

My personal favourite is the Ultima Compendium. It has a walk through which is written as a narrative (like a novel) plus a straight up "get it done" walk through for each of Ultima 4, 5, & 6.

Probably hard to find though.
