I believe I have done everything correct to complete this portion of this game. I placed The M4Y8 crystal on the floor in the yellow hopper as well as placing the E0Y2 crystal in the purple hopper this I has verified by a friend. I placed the Delgnizator in the center blue circle the platform in the center of the room. I pulled the chain and I believe a hone sounded.

What hasn't happened was a new Bily Skup was not created.

Am I missing something?

Since you're in the room, I assume you've already killed the old one.

Did you check the outer room for the new one?

Yes I killed him first, put all the pieces in place and I revised the outer chamber and found nothing.

Long shot guess: did you talk to all the other Talorids about how to make the new Bliy Skup Ductosnore? I vaguely seem to recall that might be a pre-req.

If somehow your game has become bugged, bear in mind that generating the new Bliy Skup Ductosnore is not technically required to complete the game. You need to do three things in Talorus:
* Obtain the amethyst rod - you've probably already found this
* Obtain the blackrock gem - the new Bliy Skup Ductosnore is a nice shortcut to it, but you can reach the gem without that
* Cut the guardian's power line in Talorus - this is also possible without the new Bliy Skup Doctosnore being created


Having said all that, I seem to remember that there was some confusing terminology in the instructions provided in the game. I think there might be "chain" mentioned, but actually you may be meant to operate a switch or a lever instead.

i believe you have to go through all the steps to get the info properly
especially the scroll from dialogician
(the one from their storage room wont let you talk to data integrator successfully) at least it never did for me
for this event to work when you pull the chain

at least thats how i remember this working,
