OK, so I'm towards the beginning part of the second game, Aftershock, and I'm expanding my power structure. Getting bases is neat, but I don't have the resource income to supply them. I had just found a mine in North America that supplied the bit of tech parts that I needed, completed the mission... and no income. I've read on other posts here that you don't need tracks to get resources, but I can't really think of anything else that might be necessary. Is it because the mine is across the ocean from my other bases?

After I noticed this, I looked back through my other mines, and I don't think I'm getting enough from them, I'm not sure. Anyone have any insight?

You only need tracks from bases to gather the resources.
