Anyone known any guides for UFO: Afterlight? I keep getting horribly murdered in this game, mainly due to horribly, horribly confusing interface, extremely slow research and the fact that I get barely any reinforcements, forcing me to play near perfect game.

And then there are few enemies, like "Rollers" that just ruin my game each time they appear. Are they real enemies or just "environmental hazards"?

You must save&load, the game is designed for. It comes from past games, where players did save&load despite these games were designed to get replacements. So, no replacement in the last UFO:After. They're though dreadfull enemies.
