Does anybody know if there is a way to disable the constant useless messages you get from these obnoxious characters while you are looking at a base tab in the strategic mode?

I am NOT talking about the stuff you can disable via the options screen. I'm talking about this garbage you get when you open ANY tab like "People" or "Research" etc.
While in a tab you get this "Clippit" style non-info crap everybody knows and nobody wants to hear like "Some people have multiple classes" or "We can build stuff with resources". Gee, thanks Captain Obvious, please repeat the same crap everytime I open the tab this is really helpful information..... NOT! JUST SHUT THE HELL UP! AAAARGH....

I had to turn the voice volume down to 0 because it annoys me so much I seriously cannot play this game for more than 5 minutes.

I already unchecked every box there is in the options menu to no avail. Please tell me there is a trick you can pull in a config file or anything. Pretty Please!? Who thought this is a good feature to implement!? ... why ... oh why ...

I will give this a spin and see what happens, once I reinstalled the game that is.

You sir are my personal hero just for finding and posting this thing, it's good to know I'm not the only one annoyed by this stupid feature. That is good for my sanity :)
