The last Version of UBOAT here is B131 for me, not 2022.1 like on S*****

Ah, I understand now, you are referring to the offline installers. Those are prepared by GOG staff. I suspect they will prepare it sometime after the weekend or after we are done with patching 2022.1.

Until then, you can always download the latest version using GOG Galaxy.

Thank you for your quick response. I will wait until the offline version is available. I don't like online installers, that's the reason why i buy my games here.
