I'm supposed to build 6 "keep towers" in the last tutorial mission.

I've build 6 cannon towers and built every other type of building and researched every tech but can't upgrade my cannon towers into "keep towers". The enemy has already been wiped off the map but that's not a winning condition anyway.

What am I missing? It's nowhere in the manual, either.

I usually play my Polish version that I have on CD so installed GOG version and man, English translation is so weird! When you click a peasant you can build "wooden tower" but after it's built it's called "watch tower". You need to upgrade it to "Guard Tower" (the same name before/after building) and research "Architecture" in your Castle. Then you can upgrade a "Guard Tower" to "Stone Tower" which, after the upgrade will be called "Keep Tower".

Basically Cannon Towers and Keep Towers are two separate finished products of a tower chain: watch tower -> guard tower -> keep tower OR cannon tower, so don't build cannon towers upgrade guard towers directly into keep towers.

But man, this naming is so confusing! I wasn't even aware of that, I don't remember anything stupid like that in Polish version.
