No.
But there is a setting that pauses the game in a configurable interval (minimum is 2 Seconds) while in combat.
There are also various auto-pause settings (like anytime any character finishes an action).

Those settings don't technically make the game turn-based. But they are everything you need to make the extremely relaxed, although you might wear out your space bar from all the unpausing you'll need to do.
