My game wouldn't start and the thing that fixed it was going into the folder and deleting this file.

galaxy64.dll

for some reason this is the file that was preventing the game at startup.

Same, I could only run the game once I deleted galaxy64.dll thanks to forum posts here.

Helped me of deleting this one

btw the folder this file was in on my installation was Tyranny/Data/Plugins
