I remember playing the German retail version as it was released. There was an intro video which was played at the start of a game. Now it seems that all the videos won't play. But there are all there as files.

Any solution for that behavior?

Do you have any codec packs (FFDShow, LAV, K-Lite etc.) installed? Those can cause that problem.

Problem found - LAV Codec Pack was installed! Now all the videos are shown in the game. Thanks a lot!
