Am I the only one who has trouble even playing the game because of how everything blurs when you run? Does anybody know of a way to turn it off?

The graphics options has a slider for "Motion blur level". If turning that all the way down doesn't help, then I don't know.

There seems to be a console command for disabling motion blur while running:

graph.SetFastRunSpecialEFX 0

Enter it again with 1 instead of 0 if you want to re-enable.
