I have this game on 360 and like it a lot, on PC, will it use the 360 controller well (without having to resort to 3rd party programmes to get it to work?

Well, to enable a support for the 360 controller, you can either use Two Worlds Control Panel or edit the Windows registry - Open the Registry Editor and go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Reality Pump\TwoWorlds\Interface, then change EnablePad from 0 to 1.
