I've been playing for about 16 hours, and the voice acting has apparently bugged(*) and no longer happens. All other sounds are fine, it's just no sound when talking with NPCs. Anybody have any ideas on how to turn it back on?

(*) This is arguably a feature, given the quality of the voice acting for the most part.

Solved the problem. Everything was fine after a reboot. Starting and stopping the game is not sufficient, but a reboot will clear it up.
