Does GOG provide me with a Serial key for online play?

Because I just downloaded the setup_two_worlds_multiplayer_tab.exe (Forgot what it's actually called) and now it's bugging me for a Key, yet I haven't received such a Key from GOG...

Help please?

Goto the Two Worlds contact page, select Multiplayer key request from the 'problem with' drop down menu and maybe enter a short message.
To expand on the above, you must manually request a key through the contact page for any GOG game that needs a key for multiplayer (some don't--it depends on the game).

GOG support can take a few days to respond to a key request during busy periods like the current sale, so if you have any other GOG games you plan to use multiplayer with you might want to check up on this and request them as well so you've got the keys by the time you want to start playing a particular game.
Thanks guys, both very helpful responses!
I am having an issue with the two worlds contact page. While my account's library page says I own the game (and many others), for some reason, I go on that page and GoG.com thinks I don't own a single game!

I've been having this problem since I changed which email address my account was tied to.

Unfortunately, I was really looking forwards to playing this online, and well, I'd already changed the email address by the time I bought the game.

If GoG.com would fix this issue, I'd appreciate it.
Venom fixed this yesterday. Now you need to select the appropriate game before proceeding to the Technical support form, instead of selecting it in the drop-down menu, while submitting the ticket. It was a lot more convenient to fix the initial empty list bug this way, but it shouldn't cause any inconvenience.

Hmmm, this is the first GOG game that I've come across that requires some sort of multiplayer key for multiplayer play. I may have downloaded others, but I haven't yet played them. This is rather brutal, I wonder why GOG left it in these games when they updated them?

Do I really need a key just to play some coop in Two Worlds via LAN?
I'd like to play LAN too. after requesting my key 12 hours ago I still haven't got it. After reading that it could take days - Immediate regret and never buying from GoG again...

If i bought it from steam i would already be playing it by now. It's as simple as that

No it isn't. Steam took days to give me my Risen Key.

I've been using steam since 2005 and I've got over 200 games and I never ever had to wait for key ever.

One friend bought it on steam and he got his key already.
Just sent my key request.
I can wait a couple of days...

I can still remember the hoops the Steam support had me jump thru (IF they ever replied to my support request).
To stop being a GOG customer for this little snafu sounds very whiny to me.
But that's just me, of course :)

this is way into the future, but in case anyone else if feeling like trying an 11 year old game for a buck and doesn't want to deal with this...

Sign into gog in the browser, not galaxy. Go to your "gameshelf" aka, your library. In the drop down menu, there is a section that lists your serial key.

the NA ones didn't work, but the European server did. I honestly only played for about 10 min before uninstalling :)
