Two Worlds crashes at startup for me every time. I checked the forum and everyone seems to be saying the Physx legacy drivers fix this, but the game still refuses to run with them installed.

Anyone have other ideas? Tried all compatibility modes.

You may have to reinstall the game after the PhysX legacy drivers have been installed. Try that and see if it works.

Also, what exactly happens when it crashes? Do you get any error messages? Maybe you have a different problem.
The PhysX crash has no error message; if it crashes with a DirectX error ("X3DAudio1_1.dll not found", or similar) you need to update the DirectX End-User Runtimes.
I figured it out. Some kind of codec installed with Thief 2 was causing a problem with Two Worlds' videos. Crazy.

The Two Worlds cutscenes are WMV played using the system codecs, so problems with that can cause problems in-game; most games use a bundled decoder (usually Bink).
