Probably too late to say this but are you sure you used the key request section in gog support?

When I first applied I selected the wrong option in the drop down and was basically ignored because of it. Then after I selected the right option they contacted me within 8 hours. Really the support should have forwarded my initial message to the relevant section but they didn't.
