I purchased Two Worlds and I am in need of the multiplayer key.

I have sent multiple email to support and not heard anything yet it has been about 3-4 days. How long does it usually take support to get back to you on emails?

Unless it's changed in the revamp, GOG closes over the weekend. Sending multiple messages is not a solution, as it just pushes the early posts further down the list.

There have been problems with the tech support system in the past - try the suggestion in this post :

Thank you for your reply to my question. I had already read that post. I posted the same question on each of the support topic areas, so I have 4 questions into support now. Still no response.

10/8/2010 . . . and still no key or reply from gog.com.10/10/2010 . . . and still no key or reply from gog.com. I will DEFINITELY not think about purchasing another game from gog.com until I get some kind of response. VERY disappointed.

10/21/2010 . . . and still no key or reply from gog.com. I will not buy another game from this site and I will also adivse others to not do so either. Nonexistant customer support.
