So, I bought this game a week ago and there is a problem: in game it seems freeze every 15/20 seconds.
I tried may solutions (change resolution, run in windowed mode, compatibility mode, change graphic settings to low) but it continues to not run perfectly.

Any ideas?

Try restarting your computer. I was having the exact same problem, then I found a thread about it on the Steam forums, and they said restarting their computer fixed it. I tried it, and it worked.
