Is there any way to check what level of difficulty a game is once it's started???

This game I'm currently playing seems to be so much easier than the last one I started that I'm worried I might have set difficulty to Easy. Anyone know how I can find out???

Don't want easy, want medium. And the thing is I DO remember clicking on it because I wanted to see what the different levels were and how many. There are only three, Easy, Medium, and Hard. And I want medium, and if this one is on easy, I want to start over NOW rather than get too far into the game.

I dunno, I'm killing stuff now with barely a scratch, and I just went to my first shop in the game and the prices I'm getting for the stuff I have to sell is WAY WAY higher than it was from the other other game I had started. I got over 4,000 gold and just entered the first village!!! I never had 4,000 gold in the last game though I played that one about 5 hours before starting over. NOTE: I always start a new game without caring about settings or strategies of picking skill upgrades and such just to get a feel for the game and I what I might need and in what order. Then after I feel ok about a plan, I start over and start my "real game". But I do NOT want my real game to be on the easy difficulty setting. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I think to be safe I'm going to have to start over if no one knows how to check because this sure does seem easier than last time.

EDIT: Also, is there a way to sell multiple items other than dragging them one at a time? For example, I had 46 wolf hearts. I tried dragging, one at a time. I tried double clicking, one at a time. Went with double clicking since faster but heck it seems like there should be a way of selling multiple items at once.

Disregard the first question above I guess as I went ahead and started over and have now got almost an hour into this game and I KNOW that this one was on medium.

I think the thing made me nervous about the other game was the prices I was getting at the merchant. I hadn't ever seen prices that high before, but then again, I'm not sure that I ever saw this particular merchant in that other game. I guess getting better prices is one of the things that happens when you pick an easier difficulty level???

Really am loving this game, although feel a little guilty (like I'm cheating) because of the bears. Early in the game when you're a low level and fighting mostly animals the bear gives the most experience points AND is the easiest to kill. Well, what I mean by easiest is that I never lose a single hit point with bears, but it does take a lot of hits to kill it. Any one else feel like that is cheating???

If you're a new player and that issue doesn't bother you, if you want to level up quickly at the beginning GO BEAR HUNTING. lol Just get real friendly with the Q key on your keyboard (or, in my case, the number 2 button on my Logitech Game Pad). 1 bear gives more than three wolves and like I said I never even lose a single hit point (usually) whereas wolves can nip at you and take some. When it's a pack of 4 they can actually risk killing you if you're not careful and don't kill them fast enough.
