Information overload!
What info you want?

Crashes are mostly freezes with error screen or just exiting to desktop. Crashing rarely happens during loading or startup.

Rebooting or shutting down processes don't have any impact. Loading from different saves (normal, quick or autosave) doesn't help either.

I also have pretty high end amd pc.

* Complete system specs.
* Where is the game installed to?
* Do you have administrative privileges in the location the game is installed to?
* Are you running the game from TwoWorlds2.exe or TwoWorlds2_DX10.exe?
* Where possible, precise error messages when game crashes.
* Any other information you can provide (updated drivers, etc.)
win 7 64bit

Yes

I believe I'm running dx 10 because game always asks admin permission. I don't use dx9 because then none of the inputs works.

Hard to say what they are because they are invisible or they are just generic exe has stopped working.

I have latest official amd drivers. (13.9). I'm also running pretty high resolution (5760x1080)

That's a helluva high resolution, and with the astronomical power usage of the 6990, are you absolutely certain that the card isn't overheating -- it's a fairly graphic intensive game if you have all the setting ramped up. I would tone down the settings and drop that resolution, at least until you can be certain that that isn't the cause.

Also, from my own experience, TW2 does not like dual monitors or SLI (AMD equivalent is CrossFireX). I had to force my dual nVidia cards to use Alternate Frame Rendering instead of SLI.

I'm not sure if it's overheating but that hasn't happened in any other game which are more graphics intensive (crysis, metro, stalker cop...)

The reson why I got tw2 was because people said it had great multimonitor support (spans properly, not too much messed up ui). My game runs fine which makes me kinda surpriced (no lags or stuttering from crossfire).
I've tried running it on just 1920x1080 but it still crashes.

check your framerate / Temperature with GPU-z
http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/

Also, try to enforce v-sync (limit framerate to reasonable amount if your GPU produces to many frames)

I'm running Win8.1x64, an FX-6300 AMD six-core cpu @ 4.5GHz, 8GB's ram, a 2GB HD 7850 @ 1.05GHz w/ Catalysts 13.12 WHQL, the DX10 version of the game (all I ever run), @ 1920x1200x32, and the game rarely if ever crashes for me (can't recall the last crash.)

One thing I would strongly suggest: do not install the game to the default Gog directory if that directory is c:\program files (x86)\....because what can happen in Win7/8 is that special permissions are often needed to access games installed there.

Instead, uninstall the game and install it to the directory of your choice, like c:\GogGames , for instance. (You have to check the "options" box in the Gog installer to be permitted to name the installations directory.) It's good practice to *never* install any games to c:\program files(x86) or c:\program files . If you have multiple partitions then install all of your games to a partition other than C:\.

Also, make sure you are running the latest game patches, and if your Eyefinity setup still doesn't work then turn it off and drop back to a single monitor with the highest res that single monitor will support. Do those two things and your problems should disappear.
