I found an open source tool that lets you easily have borderless window gaming on TW2 (haven't tested with TW1)
https://github.com/Codeusa/Borderless-Gaming/releases/latest
It is super simple.
Configuration:
1. Download the portable tool to a folder of choice (I use c:\programs_portable\BorderlessGaming)
2. Extract
3. Run tool
4. Run game & switch it to window mode
5. Double click the borderless gaming icon in the system tray
6. Select TwoWorlds2_DX10 and move it to favorites
Future usage:
1. Run borderless gaming (if it isn't already running)
2. Run TW2
It will automatically remove the borders from the window as well as resize its resolution to match your screen's
