I just started the game the first time after installing the patch via GOG Galaxy and now my saves are missing and all my settings have been reverted.
It would be a real bummer if this is going to happen after every patch :(
Are there other people with this issue because i haven't seen any other discussion about it?

btw.: i am playing the game on Win10

saves after the patch work fine for me. sorry to hear it, mate. have tried looking in your turok folder making sure the saves are stil there?! (the path looks like this on my pc: hdd/programs/gog galaxy/games/turok 2/saves)

btw: i use windows 7 so maybe win 10 is the problem

so i just looked it up and it seems that there are now two Turok 2 folders: one of them is called Turok 2 (and contains my old saves) and the other one is called Turok 2 EX.

It's just strange that the game doesn't create a folder for saves and settings within the documents directory which probably would have prevented this from the get go...


ps: loading one of the old saves gives me a message about an unmatching kpf hash or something.
Creating a new save from that save gets rid of the message but i am not sure if it fixes whatever might happen.

I mentioned this fact some time ago in this thread and asked why the folder name was changed. Unfortunately I recieved no answer (as usual) until now. Don't worry about that error message. I saw that one happening in a live stream of MR ICARUS (the guy that is doing Doom Mod Madness) and he was able to complete the game without any problems.
