Any chance this game will get Linux support?

If not, does anybody have any experience getting this to run under WINE or similar?

Sorry not to be helpful, but yes please for linux.

Most of my gog windows games run perfectly under wine, extracted with innoextract. But I haven't bought Turok yet...

This is odd, when the game uses OpenGL rendering. I'm no tech expert though, so I'm not 100% sure what the problem could be.

Works perfectly with PlayOnLinux and Wine 2.17-staging :)
I also installed "corefonts" just to be safe, but might not be needed.

60 fps+ on an Intel HD 4000 (not maxed out, obviously) :D

I just want to revive this post seeing how Turok has been ported for Linux over at Steam (https://steamcommunity.com/games/405820/announcements/detail/1653264049369658224). Will the Linux build be offered here at GOG?

At a guess, I expect it would need to be out of beta first. The Steam announcement says the Linux version is only available as an opt-in beta. Once there's a non-beta release, I would very much hope to see it here as well as Steam.

Linux Port is available on Steam.
I paid for it at GOG and I want the Linux Version too. ;)

I would very much like the Linux version on GOG as well. Having a DRM free option is always preferred. At the very least if the developer could state why they won't be brining it over if they indeed chose not to.

So, I am still waiting for the Linux port of Turok 1, and in the meantime the Linux port from Turok 2 is out.

Well, i hope GOG give us the linux version soon. I normally prefer to buy all my games for my linux machines here, and Turok & Turok 2 are a must. Make it real GOG, please.

YAY! It's here! Now we have linux version of Turok 1 on GOG!!

Hope to see Turok 2 soon too!
