When I load my save, my movement as wel as aiming jitters as if the game was lagging. The world movement(npc's, flying cars, enviroment) isn't affected. Did someone have a similar experience? If not i'll try reinstalling the game and see if this solves the problem.

I don't know if this helps, but if your computer is a AMD machine or if you have AMD's Adrenaline software in your machine, launch Adrenaline (Alt+R), go into the Games header, find the game and disable Anti-Lag. The game will then quit freezing the mouse movements - AMD's Anti-Lag causes EXTREME lag.

I don't know what the equivalent software is for Nvidia users, but if you have an Adrenaline equivalent, see if you have something similar there.
