I would like this too. Would make things much more convenient for those of us who game on multiple computers.

FYI I contacted Apogee and they said they are chatting to the lead developer about it, and will let us know as soon as they can

I've not heard anything back from Apogee or the dev about cloud saves. Not sure why there's been no response about it? Plenty of other games support it

Just leaving my comment in case anyone from apogee ever looks here.
Cloud saves please, I wouldnt have cared about missing achievements, but cloud save is a must for a new game...
