Is there any ETL when this bug will be fixed?: Game starts but with complet black background

Hi there...

Looks like complete confusion with the update numbers for me, but maybe i'm not smart enough to understand the system :)

- Patch (1.3 to 1.4) is the oldest version. GOG's 27990 to 28044 version.
- Patch (1.11 to 1.12) is newer! (updating 28044 to 28186) , means 1.11 and 1.4 is the same version o.0
- full installer is 1.12 (28186) too.
- your 1.15 or 1.5 update isn't online on GOG. Im curious which number we will see here this time.

I'm always a bit confused about GOG's version numbers, but this time it's epic :D

Sorry that I was so unprecise I'm playing the Windows version, let me check which version I'm running on!

Nope still the same problem, complet black background when I start the game. If you need more information to my system se my original post or ask me again.

Ah, that's nice. And no, i don't use the client cause of privacy reasons.
Btw, i really like the great game, well done :)

Edit: Yes, the full installer shows version 1.5 on GOG, but the file itself shows 1.13, the patch shows 1.12 to 1.13 and the game screen shows 1.15. still 3 different numbers for the same version. for me it's still hard to understand why we can't see the one and only official version number everywere. But i think you are the wrong person, it seems to be a problem of GOG.

i must be completely blind.

on my page there is NO patch to version 1.5
only the normal download of the complete game.

so its necessary to download the whole 2 gb again.
must be new that patches are not delivered :-(

or please tell me what i don't understand.

Patch (1.12 to 1.13) should be the update to 1.5 (1.15) :D

so.... i got the original (1.11?)

now i have to download the patch 1.11 to 1.12
then 1.12 to 1.13 and thats 1.5 (1.15)

did i understand that correct?


tbh: this makes me really angry. i bought the GOG version because no DRM is wanted.
and now this?

am i correct that GOG is responsible for that mess?

i was nearly falling in love with that game, now i am a bit angepisst.
i really really rarely play some games, was excited at kickstarter.
the last good game for me was holiday maker and stadt der löwen ;-)

Yop, you are right with the versions.
But don't be "angepisst" :) The game is great, thats the most important thing.

Happened to me often that game-updates got a lower version-number at GOG, so i'm sure GOG is a part of this problem. I think a game should have only the official version number, at Steam, GOG, everywere. Maybe one day... :)

and i am not angepisst about the game, its great,
it just look like this side is made by amateurs.
