Just give it one chance. Sit in your chair, fill your ears with first-sorted cuban music and, in your imagination (or not, if you're wealthy enough) smell the original, cuban cigars. And then feel how it is like to be called "El Presidente" all the time.

Not so much Cuban dictator as general purpose Latin American dictator.

I passed this up when it came out thinking not much to it. So glad I got it here. It is the BEST city sim with lots of humor and so many levels of play.
