I bought the Tropico pack which comes with Tropico 1 and 2.

Tropico 1 is such a great game and works like a charm, but Tropico 2 suffers from stuttering. It seems like the game is skipping frames? People walk were oddly and everything has low FPS?

Does anybody know how to fix this, it's highly annoying. Thanks in advance.

I had that ages ago on my old computer with the disc version. Usually happened when I had a ship selected and the wheel dealies appear above the crewmate's heads.
Found out from somewhere it had to do with graphics card I had, which was an older nvidia model. Haven't had it happen with the gog version with my newer card.
Almost a year late, hope this helps someone else though.
