Hello there, now I'm hoping to find a solution to a bit of a minor issue, but a large annoyance.
Whenever I play Tropico Reloaded (and some other older games too on occasion), it tends to rearrange and resize my open browser, steam app, GOG Galaxy etc. Even when the tabs in question are minimized or closed.

Is there a way to prevent this? It's not affecting anything, it's just a bit aggravating to my OCD.

Old games usually run in lower resolutions, and this is likely the cause of your problem. I suggest you to read this post.
