The Tropico 5 soundtrack is simply awesome, especially the DLC tracks. Is there a way to extract them from the game files? I would kill to be able to have them to listen whenever.

This is my dream too. I wish it would be included as a goodie.

You need an hpk extractor to get at the files. I did this for Surviving Mars and Tropico 4 and 5

I used hpk_archiver_1_0_5 to do it. A search on the net should get you the latest version
