From poking around online, it sounds like Penultimo and Sunny are supposed to be radio announcers on Tropico News Today, but I've never heard anything from TNT in Tropico 4.
I'm on a PC and have the DLCs installed.
The problem isn't mission-specific, since I've finished the first twelve missions.
Building (or not building) a radio station has made no difference.
I do hear the game's background music, sound effects, and the characters' voices reading the first paragraphs when the disaster boxes/notifications come up or I click on a quest marker.
Messing with the slider bars for Sound Effects Volume, Voice Volume, and Music Volume hasn't solved the issue.
Restarting the game and the computer haven't helped. I haven't tried reinstalling the game because I'm worried that if the problem is something that can be solved by reinstalling it might mess up my saves.
Can anyone help?
