Hi,

I had a bit of trouble getting Tropico 3 to start but I worked out a fix if you have a duel monitor set up.

Simply change it to a single display and the game works great.

Running Windows 7 64-bit

Easier fix that doesn't require disabling the second monitor:

1. In Windows Explorer, go to 'C:\GOG Games\Tropico 3 GOLD' (or the directory where your game is installed)
2. Right-click on "tropico3" (may be "tropico3.exe" if you have file extensions showing)
3. Click the "Compatibility" tab
4. Check the box next to "Disable desktop composition"
5. Click OK
