Hi, I just bought Tropico 3 because it was advertised as multilangual English, French, Italian, German, Spanish.I want to change the language of speech and text to German, but I conot find any options to do this? It starts in English speech and text and cannot be change as of my knowlege? I am using German Windows Vista!
Can anybody please help me with this?

Start -> GOG.com -> Tropico 3 GOLD -> Change Game Language

You have to change it there (or find the file in installation folder) not in in-game options.

Hi!

I downloaded the game some weeks ago (in Spanish), but when I try to play the game in Spanish (like u explained in the post before), the game always runs in English and I don't know what to do to play in Spanish.... :S

Did you run the language changer as admin? (Right click --> Run as administrator)

Alfie3000: Did you run the language changer as admin? (Right click --> Run as administrator)
I had the same issue and I confirm that running the "language select" program in ADMIN solves the issue.
Then, you don't need to change the language anymore as the game will remember it.
