So I gave Tropico 2 another shot after banging my head against the first game for a while...is the framerate supposed to suck? The game chugs and it's really kind of unnerving.
I don't remember having framerate troubles when I played it on GameTap way back when, at any rate...or maybe my memory's just screwy.
