Please maybe forgive my stupidity but I have just run both Trine and Trine Enchanted, what am I missing here because I see the same game.

Trine enchanted has enhanced graphics and has been rebuilt on the Trine 2 engine. On some older computers it doesn't run well, so the original version has been included for users with older computers that don't run well with the enhancements. Frozenbyte, being the people that they are, have decided to include the updated, enhanced version free of charge to users with the original, and the enchanted version has replaced the original.
