Using the right stick on my controller, or using B on the keyboard + movement keys, neither of them pan the camera around during gameplay. Well, I can see the camera nudge over a few pixels, but that's it. Makes it quite annoying having to deal with offscreen snipers, or having to jump down to a lower ledge when I have no way to check what's down there.
