I've run into some strange things while playing Karma. But this especially seems a serious error. In the first city in the general goods store is a flashing item in the wall. I'm pretty sure it should be in the locked room under this spot. Loading the game again doesn't help. Anyone else experiencing similar problems? Is this necessary to continue the game?

I have the same error, and yeah, it seems game breaking.

Right click on the Karma shortcut.
Then click "properties" -> then click "compatibility" -> then select "disable display scaling on high DPI settings".
