A tools factory is being supplied with lumber from a saw mill to produce tools. The factory data shows the following:

Production 28/100
Shipment 0/100 (and is flashing)
Transport shows nothing but a dash "-"

I assumed the "Shipment" box flashing meant products were ready to be picked up; however, when I get to the Truck Station that is connected to the Factory, there is nothing there to pick up?

The first question is Why is the Shipment Box flashing? hat does that mean?

PS: Clicking on the ? does nothing other than describe what it is SUPPOSED to do.

think it is lumber to sawmill to get planks.
planks to toolfactory to get tools.

are you playing the campaign or is it a free game?

Thanks for the reply and I am playing the free game version. I'll try to explain it a bit better - your correct in the "construction line" lumber - sawmill - tool factory and that is what I am doing. The Tool factory seems to be producing the Tools BUT, there are never any "Tools" available for pick up at the Tool Factory Truck Station for delivery to the town that accepts them?

I had this problem never.

Is the truck station in the right part of the city ( near buildings that demand the tools ) ?
If yes then I am out of ideas.

You hit the nail on the head - my Truck Station didn't cover the business' that needed the Tools. I moved it, and all is good again - thanks for the help, appreciate it.
