So I discovered what I think is a minor bug...

If you "pinned" a vehicles window info and then you go into first person view by vehicle camera, and while in that mode you click on a city building (to look at stats, etc..). Once you click/go back to default camera mode, your vehicle info window is not longer "pinned".
I hope this was a good explanation. Anyway it kind of suck to lose the vehicle window if your like me and really enjoy the scenery, or need to go get coffee and put it in camera mode while AFK.
