On the title page, I get a user###### instead of my name, is this normal?

Are achievements/activities unlocking for anyone else in their profiles? In game they are, but not on my profile.
And is there any way to reset achievements?

Using Galaxy 2.0 and lots, and lots of mind altering dru..., err drinks.
